Apprentices
Leave entitlements for apprentices.

There are workplace laws that apply to all employees. As an apprentice, you are entitled to the same minimum entitlements as other employees. These include annual leave, sick leave, public holidays, and breaks as per the National Employment Standards.

Awards and collective agreements can also have different entitlements or agreements for apprentices depending on the industry and/or the employer, such as an RDO (Rostered Day off)

You can check if your employer is covered under an agreement here: Find an enterprise agreement | Fair Work Commission (fwc.gov.au)
